Phase 1:  Building targeted trade awareness


In order to establish Franklin & Sons as a credible contender within the premium soft drink market we launched initial trade communication at SIAL, the largest food innovation trade show in Canada. 

LEVERAGING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS


Phase 2:  Elevate awareness via strategic partnerships


In order to increase consumer reach and awareness, we delivered  strategic partnership opportunities for the brand. Partnership with the Campari Group meant that value add bottles of Franklin & Sons tonic we available alongside Bulldog gin in liquor stores from coast to coast,


To further enhance awareness we unlocked a full national sampling campaign introducing over 100K new consumers to the Franklin & Sons brand with our SKYY vodka summer cocktail program executed in lighthouse bars across Canada's 5 largest provinces.

UNLOCKING NATIONAL REACH


The next phase was conversion of regional availability and national awareness, into full national grocery reach..


We achieved this by managing Franklin & Sons full integration into the GS1 system, followed by unlocking buyer commitment from Canada's largest grocery group 'Loblaws'.
