Product Return:
For product returns, the UNKNOWN Agency will collect personal information to process a return and for fraud prevention purposes. Photo identification will be requested (but not recorded) to confirm this information. Where a defective or recalled product is returned, the UNKNOWN Agency will collect your name, address and telephone number so that we may communicate with you regarding possible health and safety matters, if necessary.
